Whether you are travelling for leisure or you are on an official business trip, staying healthy allows you to maximise the limited time you have in the place and get to accomplish whatever it is that you are tasked to do. You never know if your body is ready to welcome ingredients that are foreign to your system. Finally, do watch what you drink. Drink only bottled water and do not overindulge in alcohol and coffee as these two can extend your time in the bathroom unnecessarily.
