You might be on a business trip but we are pretty sure that you can spare extra time for a much needed body warm up. If you wish to stay fit while you are away from home, you have to make exercises a part of your daily schedule. Not only will such a habit keep you from succumbing easily to illnesses, it can improve your general mood for the day. Whenever possible, do make it a point to sweat out for a few minutes – even if you can only do so in your room.

Before you can start your routine, look around your room and take note of the following: the amount of free space on the floor and the furniture. Why? The more spacious the floor is – the more exercise variations you can perform. On the other hand, the kind of furniture you see inside the room can actually be utilised as improvised exercise props (e.g. beds, chair, etc.) As a start, you can do a variety of press-ups, squats and other core routines once you have assessed the two considerations.
